Explore awareness through the body

The Aware Body invites you into embodied meditation – a deeper exploration of breath, body and awareness beyond the busy thinking mind.

Through a series of somatic meditation practices we explore breath, sensation, movement and stillness – opening to grounded presence, subtle aliveness and vitality.

Drawing on neuroscience, meditation research and contemplative wisdom, we explore awareness through the body, with space to discover what unfolds for you.

What does it mean to meditate with the body?

Meditation often invites us to observe our experience. Meditating with the body opens another possibility: inhabiting sensation directly, from within. From here, we can explore not only what we experience, but awareness itself.

Through breath and close attention, we explore the steadiness, movement, and subtle energy of the body. As we settle, we can invite deeper rest and allow entanglement in mental activity to ease naturally.

Grounded in the body. Open to awareness.

This intimate experience of the body can open enquiry into awareness itself. Grounding and vastness can coexist here. The invitation is to soften effort, become curious and explore at your own pace.

The Aware Body is an invitation to come home to yourself, allowing a more integrated way of being through body, mind and heart.
