Teaching Meditation and Awareness
Personal support for emerging teachers and established meditation teachers.
Teaching asks for more than a strong personal practice. Knowing something deeply and knowing how to help another person discover it are different skills. Teacher development brings the two together.
Work with Lydia one-to-one or in small groups to deepen your practice, build your confidence and develop the skills to guide others.
Ways to work together
Preparing to teach – for experienced meditators considering teaching
We explore the foundations of guiding practice, facilitating learning and working with participants, shaped around your experience and interests. Considering MBSR or iRest teacher training? Begin by doing the course then we can work on your teaching approach.
Developing your teaching
For meditation teachers at any stage and professionals bringing meditation and awareness into their work. Develop your skills in guiding practices, language and pacing, inquiry, group facilitation and course design, with opportunities to practise and receive constructive feedback.

Ongoing teacher mentoring
A supportive space to reflect on your experience – the challenges and discoveries that may arise. Explore participant needs, group dynamics or challenging moments, and consider how your own practice informs your teaching.
Mentoring can help you build confidence and set meaningful goals for you development.
